Galaxy Brewing Company at 41 Court Street, Binghamton, New York.

I really want to like this place but I just don't. The decor is concrete and steel, which makes it loud and cold. If you like hoppy beer, then you're good but if you lean towards lagers or pilsners, well you're out of luck. Everything I tasted was like an IPA. The food, I don't know. Funky, different, inventive, yes. But looking at the menu I always struggle to find something that sounds good, so I end up with a burger, which is good, but I can get there elsewhere and cheaper. The staff is friendly and attentive but the place is often busy and loud so it's not exactly relaxing. I'm going to try again, because like I said, I really want to like this place.
